What counts as a pageview?
A pageview is counted each time a page loads in a visitor's browser. For SPAs, we track route changes as pageviews. Custom events don't count toward your pageview limit.
Is the self-hosted version really free?
Yes! The self-hosted version is AGPL-3.0 licensed and includes ALL features including session replays, with no pageview limits. You just need to run your own server.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Absolutely. You can change plans or adjust your pageview tier at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate your billing.
What happens if I exceed my pageview limit?
We'll notify you at 80% usage. If you exceed your limit, tracking continues but we'll ask you to upgrade. We never cut off your data mid-month.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us for a full refund.
Can I switch from cloud to self-hosted?
Yes! You can export your data and migrate to a self-hosted instance at any time. Contact us if you need help with the migration.
